Attorney with the translation into a foreign language, including Russian

Notary certifies only Ukrainian-language text and can independently prove his loyalty to the Russian translation or another if he has the proper qualifications. If not (including myself), the translation into another language provides qualified translator and notary establish his identity, qualifications and verifies the authenticity of his signature.

passport, proof of identification code, for translation into other than Russian, a language - the presence of a certified interpreter passport and diploma interpreter
